Cette association est crée le 26 janvier 2009 après une réflexion de deux personnes sur la vie des non –voyant au Togo
Ils ont constaté que les non–voyant ont des talents et des dons mais y manque moyens pour les développer.
Le deuxième constat était que la grande partie des non voyant vivent par la mendicité ce qui ne les honore pas .
Ces deux personnes étant non voyantes et frapper par la situation de leurs frère ont pris la décision de lutter pour apporter un changement dans la vie des non voyants d’où la création de l’UACP.

OBJECTIFS L’objectif de l’association :
1. changer les pensées négatives de la population vis a vis des handicapés visuels.
2. la recherche des aides financiers pour développer les activités des handicapés visuels
Certaines De Nos Activité Comme :
L’arts (tressages des meubles de différents modèles)
mais nous manquons des aide financier pour le développement de ces travaux .nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous aider si possible .

U:Union A: Blind P: For C: Change Blind men For the Change This association east creates on January 26, 2009 after one reflexion of two people on the life of the blind man in Togo They noted that the blind man have talents and of the gifts but misses there average to develop them. These two people being nonconspicuous and to strike by the situation of their brother made the decision to fight to bring a change in the life of nonthe indicators from where the creation of the UACP.
